Final Fantasy XIV Square Enix developer has finally announced that the highly anticipated patch 6.1, is the first patch after the story of the fourth expansion ends. EndwalkerOfficially to be released on April 12th. Although it is, in fact, the first of April, this is not an April Fools’ joke and the correction will, in fact, come in less than two weeks.
as usual for Final Fantasy XIV Updates, a new message from Producer Live – which is still ongoing at the time of writing – has provided more details about the new patch, but for anyone who just wants an overview of what to expect, a new trailer has been released. In general, in addition to the new main scenario missions that continue in the story afterwards EndwalkerPatch 6.1 includes things like a new experience called The Minstrel’s Ballad: Endsinger’s Aria, a new residential area in the shape of an Empyreum, a new dungeon, and a ton of new things like boats, minions, and emotes. Square Enix has shared more details about exactly what to expect from Patch 6.1 on version private preview site.
As mentioned above, Final Fantasy XIVPatch 6.1, Newfound Adventure, is scheduled to release on April 12. The new patch will add main scenario missions, challenges, systems, and more.
